Symptoms
Unable to start the E1 services on iSeries. There is no other E1 server installed on this LPAR, however while creating this new server (iSeries), a SAVSYS of XE server had been done and copied it there. Since this is a new install, the base tools release cannot be updated until the Case Sensitivity issue is resolved.
