Symptoms
When an user makes a change to a Transportation sales order in P4210/P42101 and saves the order they receive a Commit failed error "Transaction can not be committed. It has been cancelled." If the user then goes into the order again it is reserved by the user.
The JDE.log seems to indicate that it fails to update the F4615 table due to a duplicate key and shows the following errors.
ODB0000164 - STMT:00 [23000][2627][2] [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'F4615_PK'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'PRODDTA.F4615'. The duplicate key value is (1.78822e+006).
ODB0000164 - STMT:01 [01000][3621][2] [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated.
JDB9900401 - Failed to execute db request
JDB3400009 - Failed to perform Insert for F4615
JDB9901232 - Canceling transaction because: TC052 InsertTable: Insert failed
Once the error occurs the first time for one user several other people across different branches all get the same error when editing other orders. This seems to last for about 10 minutes, then everything clears up by itself. The errors are intermittent but have happened several times in the last 2 weeks.
