Information in this document applies to any platform.
A new JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system has been installed.
While logged into JAS server and opening Work with Submitted Jobs (P986110B), attempting to retrieve the output of the UBEs submitted on another existing Enterprise Server running the same application release version and the same tools release version will end in error and the UBE output cannot be retrieved.
The errors reported into the JAS log are shown as below:
A new JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system has been installed where JDENET processes have been set to connect/listen on different port range than the port range of the existing Enterprise Server or hosts file not correctly defined
