Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Accounts Payable

The bank file for IAT - R04572T3 was rejected because the City/State description for Washington DC - District of Columbia was truncated to District of Colum. As per the NACHA guidelines for IAT format, City/State is positions 04-38 but in the file it shows as positions 04-28.
