Provide a report that will update (delete/insert) the F0690361 (Employee Rollover Table Overrides table) for all blank RORLOV records.

The ability to add Data Selection against the F060116 Employee Master is required.

This UBE would be run by the user before pre-payroll and/or before year-end rollover so that the appropriate leave information is captured and utilized appropriately.

This should function similar to payroll to derive the DBA Assignment following the hierarchy including EE DBA Instructions, Group Plan DBA Setup, and DBA Setup (and any other assignments currently used in the hierarchy).

Currently, the F0690361 is being updated only if the DBA is calculated during the payroll process (see Bug 21634588).

It would be nice to utilize this functionality before year-end processing so that the correct rollover table is utilize when rollovers are processed.
