Symptoms

Customer is calling from UBE the XRCS_parseXMLString(hParser, xmlString, &hDoc) XRCS API about 36000 times and getting "XRCS_parseXMLString: Exception encountered, returning error" error message. It appears to be the issue is related to a memory leak where the XRCS_freeParser(hParser) does not clear the memory and the UBE runs out of memory. It happens when running on the server and not on the E1 client. This is used to build XML doc to call BSSV.
