Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:                                                      
There is no delete button in the P17766  therefore there is no way to delete a Failure Analysis. Even when the P17761 and P17762 are removed the P17766 exist.
 
DESIRED OUTCOME:                                                            
Provide a way to delete unwanted P17766 Failure Analysis.
