When trying to perform a Save As on a Form Request that is edited from within an Orchestration, the user is left with the original Form Request not the new one specified as part of the Save As. This is inconsistent with what happens if a user is editing a Form Request directly (not from an Orchestration). In that case, after the user clicks on Save As, they are presented with the new Form Request as expected.
