Symptoms

When more than 100 users login into E1 Web client , users are getting the error message "An Unknown JAS Sign in Error occurred contact system administrator". When customers CNC verify the HTML Server e1root.log , they can see maximum user limit of 100 reached for the JAS instance. End users want more meaning error message when maximum user limit of 100 reached
