E1: 90CB: From Opportunity P90CB020 - Edit Sales Team P90CB026 - Unable to Remove Owner After Owner is Assigned (Doc ID 2607831.1)

Symptoms

When a sales team is first added in an Opportunity P90CB020, the owner field = blank and is not a mandatory value. Edit the Sales Team P90CB026, and add a checkmark. Upon re-inquiry of the P90CB026, the field is grayed out. The OWNFLD (owner) field should be allowed to = blank and editable. Once an owner field is checked, you always have one owner field flagged in Sales Team even when it is not a mandatory field.

Ex. This could occur if an owner leaves and none to replace them for some time. Once a new owner is added the field should still be editable to remove the check mark but it is grayed out.

 

Note: Edit Sales Team P90CB026 is found within Sales Force Automation/Opportunity P90CB20/ Sales Tab/ Powerform tab Sales Team.
