Symptoms
Symptom 1:
Vertical Cluster and Horizontal Cluster is defined. When Machine01 is stopped, the BSSV request doesn't go to Machine02.
F986102 has only Machine01 info. This table doesn't have an E1 application to update the record manually. The attachment (ConsumerHowTo.doc) in The E1: BSSV: Installing BSSV Server on Weblogic Cluster (Doc ID 1333055.1) states that during the startup of Business Services, it will update F986102.
Symptom 2:
Vertical Cluster only: Completed the setup and found that the F986102 is not populated with the correct port defined in server manager "Cluster Listen Host/Port" setting.
