(Doc ID 2610361.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 13, 2019
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Transportation Management - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When using Multiple Order Shipment Consolidation in the Transportation Constants (P49002), if the Order Address Information (F4006) is overridden at Sales Order Entry (P4210), the sales order lines are being consolidated to a previous shipment with the same ship to address. The sales order is being sent to a different physical address, but all of the other information on the order and shipment is the same as the previous shipment (dates, address book values, etc.).
