E1: 03B: R03B16A Wrongly Calculating AVDL since Including Recepts that Partially Pay Invoices (Doc ID 2610847.1)

Last updated on JUNE 12, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Receivable - Version 9.1 to 9.2 [Release 9.1 to 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When running R03B16A A/R Statistical History Refresh, the Weighted Average Days (AVDL) Calculation is including receipts partially paying invoices, for which F03B14.PDLT = 1, despite the specifications from the KM document E1: 03B: How To Calculate Statistical History Update Fields (P03B16, R03B16, R03B16A) (Doc ID 656325.1), see from the section about Weighted Average Days Late (AVDL):
Please note that only receipts that pay invoices in full are included in this calculation. Partial receipts are not considered when calculating average days late. A partial receipt is excluded based on F03B14.PDLT field with a value of 1. If a receipt has a value of 0 in F03B14.PDLT, then it will be included in this calculation.
