E1: 07Y: Box 4 and Box 7 are not Populated on the 1099-R Form (Doc ID 2610946.1)

Symptoms

Employee is setup with tax method 'P' for Pension.  There are no wages other than the pension benefit DBA, set up with effect on check 2.  When the R07881 XJDE0002BI, Print Front Side of 1099R, is processed, with PO#3 turned on to summarize on pay type, the system doesn't print Federal income tax withheld in Box 4 and no Distribution code in Box 7.  If you change PO#3 to blank (not a work around because this causes multiple 1099-Rs), Box 4 and Box 7 display correctly.
