Symptoms

If there is available quantity on hand for an item and R4102P application is run; system finishes processing and a blank PDF is produced. Work Center, there is a message under submitted jobs saying job has completed successfully even though processing options # 4 (Print Mode) is set to Blank (Print all 'Item Branch' records purged and errors) or set to "2" (Print Errors Only). No errors displayed at all.
