Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Unique Configuration ID is being cleared in both Configuration Tables F3211 and F3215 by Store and Forward program R4210Z Batch Order Edit and Creation leading to error 013Z at completions.

Store and Forward Orders are entered into P4210 for ZJDE0013 version for configured sales orders. Upon running R4210Z to edit the orders and generate a work order the system is also clearing out the Unique Configuration ID's from both F3211 and F3215 which creates problems for the completions of the work orders.

The expectation would be to not clear these fields so that completions can be done.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create a simple configured item with a simple item segment and unconditional P rule
  2. Add a Store and Forward order using P4210 Store and Forward version ZJDE0013
  3. This will populate both the F4201 and F4211 with a partially edited sales order with field SO15 = 1 and the configurator tables F3201, F3211 and F3215 populated but no work order generated
  4.  When running the R4210Z to do the final edit and generate the work order the system clears the Unique Configuration ID's in both F3211 and F3215 which causes problems during completions
