Is it possible to configure PO Entry (P4310) so that OM purchase orders for returned items do not get counted in the On PO Column of Item Availability?
Reason for this request:
- These OM Purchase Orders are Updating the On PO Field in Item Availability (P41202) giving the impression that these are good items and so it is not necessary to order replacements.
- Some of the items being returned on OM Purchase Orders are damaged or defective and can't be used again.
- They would like to not count OM Purchase Orders in the On PO column so that they will allow the PO Generator to exclude them when considering the reorder point.
