Symptoms

When entering a Cycle count after printing Cycle count sheet, for an item without UOM structure, if the conversion is not there, the system simply displays the error message without highlighting the specific Line.

This creates problems when the User is doing cycle count process and stuck with some error, particularly when the count has thousands of records.

Steps:

1. Have an item with Primary UOM = CA, secondary = EA and 1 CA = 5 EA conversion, without structure

2. R41411 select items for count inlcuding the above

3. R41410A Print the cycle count

4. P4141 add quantities for the items

5 Click OK - error is displayed Unit of Measure Structure Not Determined (it can be any kind of error)

Notice no line is highlighted. In cases where the count has hundreds or thousands of records, it makes it impossible to see what line triggered the error.
