E1: 42: P4210 Does Not Update the UOM When an Item Is Replaced With Its Substitute (Doc ID 2617868.1)

Symptoms

P4210 does not update the UOM when an item is replaced with its substitute

Steps:
1. Item A is set with UOM = PR, no inventory
2. Item B is set in EA.
3. Item A has a substitute X ref = S. Item B being the new item
4. Enter a P4210 order on item A. UOM is PR. As there is no stock, click on substitute item on row exit and select item B.
5. First line on item A is cancelled. A second line is added with item B. But the problem is that UOM is PR. Not EA.
6. The system keeps the UOM from item A
