Symptoms
The R44H700 (Lot Start Workfile Generation) is processing bids that are expired.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. On the R44H700 dataselect on an Option Number (F44H511) related to bids (P44H601) that are expired
2. Run the Lot Start Workfile Generation (R44H700) and see that expired bids are processed.
