In E1 9.2 After Taking ESU JN17440 to get the recently implemented P3003 / P3112 Fixed Time Basis Code Enhancement Bugs
Bug 30359168 : FIXED TIME BASIS CODE 9.2  ESU JN17440 and Bug 10994189 : FIXED TIME BASIS CODE - SAR: 8865631 to enhance E1 Time Basis functionality the same way it was in World.

During testing it was found that the R30812 Cost Simulation program was not also enhanced to divide the new Fixed B1 and B3 labor cost by ACQ to get the correct simulated per unit cost. Because of this over site when creating a work order and attaching the Routing and Part List to the work order an Engineering Variance is created in the P31022 / F3102 Variance Inquiry.  Note: The R30812 was correctly enhanced in World to use ACQ when using the new Fixed Time Basis functionality and the functions as expected i.e. no Engineering Variance is created.

Also the C1 (Machine Variable Overhead), C2 (Machine Fixed Overhead), C3 (Labor Variable Overhead), and C4 (Labor Fixed Overhead) when in P3009 Work with Manufacturing Constants, the Costing Options are set to calculate C1-C4 costs base on B3 (Machine Run) and B1 (Direct Labor).
