E1: 49: P49640 Inbound Load Status not Advanced with Receipt Routing (Doc ID 2618905.1)

Last updated on JULY 21, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Transportation Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When attempting to confirm an inbound load into receipt routing with Load Confirm P49640 Process Tab processing option 9 set to 400 for the proper order status, the load status does not get advanced.  If the processing option is set to blank, the load status does get advanced.  This functionality should function as explained in Bug 10858223:

The P4312 Status Default tab #4 "Outgoing Status for Partial Receipts" processing option should be set to 400 and the P49640 Process tab #9 "Purchase Order Status for lines that have been confirmed" processing option should also be set to 400. If this is not the case, when the purchase order is received via P49640 with receipt routing turned on, P4312 sets the order line next status to 400 and the system will not advance the status of the load because the purchase order line status is not equal to what is      specified in the P49640 processing option (e.g. 999).
