E1: MOB: File "com.oracle.e1.jdemf.login" jar is Not Available Under Feature Id Drop-Down Menu in Feature References Tab (Doc ID 2619119.1)

Symptoms

When creating a sample custom EnterpriseOne mobile enterprise application using Oracle Mobile Application Framework (MAF). The JDEMobileFramework.jar provides a set of classes and API methods that enable the mobile application to manage (create, read, update, delete) data in EnterpriseOne through REST services.

While following section A.3.2 Including the Login.jar Step 5 and 6 in JDE E1 Tools Developing and Customizing Mobile Enterprise Applications Guide, File "com.oracle.e1.jdemf.login" does not appear or available in Feature Id* control on Feature References Tab section as shown below.

 

 


While clicking the Id drop-down menu should list the jar files including "com.oracle.e1.jdemf.login".



Steps to Replicate:

  1. Follow the section A.3.2 Including the Login.jar in guide.
  2. Complete the steps 1 to 4 as needed
  3. In step 5, Click the Feature References tab, and then click the “green plus sign” to add a feature reference.
  4. In step 6, Click the Id drop-down menu to select “com.oracle.e1.jdemf.login” jar file.
