E1: 13: Create a Preventive Maintenance (P1207) Associations Report Based on the F13907 Table (Doc ID 2620149.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 13, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Capital Asset Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Currently the only way a user knows that Preventive Maintenance Associated Service Types exist is by reviewing an equipment record's PM Schedule (P1207, form W1207A). The system will display a checkmark in the Associations field, and the user can take the row exit to Associations.
The request is to provide a report of all associations based on the F13907 table showing the primary Service Type along with the secondary Service Types and related equipment number. This information would be useful to Maintenance Planners in order to see existing Service Type relationships. This report could be similar to the R12407 - Print Maintenance Schedule.
