E1: 07: Lump Sum Amounts Are Not Displaying On The R75A710 (Doc ID 2621183.1)

Symptoms

Lump-Sum amounts (LA, LB, LC, LD, etc.) do not display on the R75A710 pdf. The amounts are on the Employee Information (P75A700 and F75A710) and XML file. Users cannot validate the XML file and pdf completely.

Steps
1. Process STP (include terminated employee).
2. Review R75A710 PDF and noticed that the lump sum amounts are not on the report.
3. Review the Employee Information in P75A700 and notice that the lump sum amounts are there.
4. Create XML file and notice that the lump sum amounts are in the file.
