Symptoms
Runtime metrics is not getting displayed for JAS WebSphere instance. This issue started after a tools release upgrade from 9.2.0.3 to 9.2.3.5.
JDK version installed on this server was JDK_1_7_64. The required JAR files were present at agent location and Application server location
Server Manager console and agent were on tools release 9.2.3.5. All instances were in same tools release level too.
This WebSphere server has one AIS, two HTML instance and one BSSV instance. AIS Shows run-time metrics but not for other instances.
