The system is not removing the Vessel ID and Virtual Barrel Id from all the Barrel Records when removing the VBT details from the T2B Operation

1. Create a fresh barrel/find a barrel- B1 which doesn't have any active operation in F31B101.
2. Create a T2B- T2B1 operation, create a new VBT and attach the barrel. Vessel ID in F31B03 gets populated.
3. Create a B2B operation, empty the first barrel into another VBT,barrel. Vessel ID in F31B03 gets set to 0.
4. Create a separate T2B operation- T2B2, create a new VBT and attach B1 i.e the same barrel from step 2. Vessel ID in F31B03 gets populated with a new value.
5. Save and re-inquire the T2B2 operation created in step 4.
6. Remove VBT details and cancel the operation. Vessel ID in F31B03 gets retained with the value populated in step 4.
