Symptoms
Request the ability to archive amendments and then any amendments after this point would create a new record. In the occasions where a single year-end form is amended, sent to CRA and then has to be amended a second time - the first amendment information is overwritten by the second amendment and the audit trail of what was sent to the CRA is lost. Each amendment should be able to be archived and each amendment should create its own record. The XML file could then be programmed to only send un-archived forms (original or amended).
