E1: SVM: Agent Service on Windows Server Missing After Server Manager Agent Install or Update With Error 'The service name is invalid' (Doc ID 2622889.1)

The Server Manager Agent Service is missing when checking Windows Services after one of the below has been performed:

• New install of Server Manager Agent, without any errors displayed during the installation;
• Update of the Server Manager Agent that ended without displayed errors, but the agent is showing down in the Server Manager Console.

In installActions.log file for the Server Manager Agent, the below errors are seen:

For Tools Releases lower than 9.2.3.x, the messages displayed when running installAgentService.bat from Command Prompt are the same as the ones registered in the installActions.log file.
