Symptoms

Customers would like to be able to view attachments in the newer self service applications like P4210SS - Self Service Sales Order Inquiry. In the old self service apps (P4210) users can add and view attachments. In P4210SS there is no way to even view attachments.
User more commonly use the P4210SS placed on a portal or composite page to inquire on orders and it does not show the paper clip for media objects.
