E1: ORCH: Creating Sales Orders With Orchestrator with .csv File

We are trying to create sales orders using Orchestrator and iterating it through a csv data file. The data file contains header and detail information for 97 different orders.
The issue is that the orders have a variable number of detail lines. Each order is grouped by customer PO number (VR01) in the csv file. Is there a way to indicate that one order is complete and move on to create the next order?
Currently there are form requests to create the order header and detail, but no way to indicate that the last detail line has been reached and select the "OK" control in the detail revision.
If there are examples of how to create Sales Orders using Orchestrator, it would be useful.
