The R44H700 - Lot Start Workfile Generation is pulling the wrong detail line from a bid contract into the the lot start workfile.
When a Bid Contract is flagged as Preferred Subcontractor in the bid header and the bid detail contains more than 1 line for a cost code where only one of the detail lines is currently in effect (within current effective date range), the 'current' detail line (with specific price) is not pulling into the P44H711 Lot Start Workfile Review and F44H711 Lot Start Workfile. It is instead pulling in an expired line and the related price/details found on that detail line.
If Preferred Subcontractor is not selected (and valid supplier assignment records exists), the R44H700 will pull the correct detail line and price into the workfile. This issue only happens when bids are set as Preferred Subcontractor.
