Customer FAQ
1. Will Year-End fixes for 1099s, W2s, and T4s be available for Fiscal Year 2023?
A year end update for all customers for Canada and the US will only be available to customers who purchase an add-on ACS/CSS contract through Support Sales.
2. What about Australia/NZ?
JD Edwards has implemented Single-Touch Payroll. This eliminates yearly updates for Australia/NZ year-end.
3. Will I be able to download an ESU for 9.1 after March 31, 2020 that was available prior to March 31, 2020?
Yes, existing ESUs will remain available on for download via Change Assistant and/or the Update Center page on My Oracle Support.
4. What does Sustaining Support provide?
Sustaining support puts you in control of your upgrade strategy. With Sustaining Support, you will receive technical support for as long as you operate your systems, including access to our online support tools, knowledgebases, pre-existing fixes for your solution, and assistance from technical support experts. For some customers, Sustaining Support will allow continued use of the release. However, if you are actively implementing new sites, business processes, or modules, carefully consider the policy to determine if Sustaining Support is the right strategy.
Sustaining support allows for download of ESUs that were issued during the support period prior to Sustaining. What is NOT provided are code changes and/or code change requests on releases in Sustaining Support.
