Symptoms

After following the steps in E1: BSSV: Setup and Configuration for Running VIES (VAT) Integration with BSSV (<Document 1290502.1>)to setup and configure BSSV to be used with the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) integration, R74101 fails to run when working with the VIES to Validate EU VAT IDs with the following error in the UBE log:
