Symptoms


Since December 2019, when Repost Sales Rebate History (R42760) is run in the Production or PY Environment, the job fails and shows at E-Error status in Work with Submitted Jobs. When tested in DV it is successful.

In the logs there were 6984 occurrences of the message "SQL Server Native Client 11.0]Connection is busy" in 9 different business functions and at the top (UBE R42760) level as wel
