E1: GRID: Application Displays as Blank for a Specific User (Doc ID 2629572.1)

When a user tries to access an application from the menu or fast path, the application is blank. Only the name of the application is displayed.

The issue is specific to the user. Other users are able to access the application correctly. All security settings are properly defined. Even deleting the user and recreating it with the same user id does not solve the issue. The user is able to open other applications successfully, so it is not a problem with all applications, but only a specific one.

The following errors are shown in the jdedebug.log and e1root.log:
