Symptoms

When attempting to perform two consecutive Inventory Issues (P4112) transactions, the following error occurs.

Also, the batch numbers for the two Inventory Issues documents are deleted from the Batch Header (F0011) file and the transactions cannot be posted. The issue only occurs in the DV environment.
