E1: ORCH: Form Extension with Orchestration and Form Personalization On Header Detail Form (Doc ID 2632375.1)

Goal

Based on documentation Form Extension can be used to call Orchestrations on most forms with an exception with Power Edit forms. We have P4210 W4210A - Header Detail Form.

Scenario 1. If Personal form was created first - there is no option to add a Form Extension.
Scenario 2. Form extension was created first. Then create a personal form. After personal form created - no options to edit Form Extension.
