E1: 76H: Print Invoices (R42565) with Chilean Localization Active Fails with Duplicate Key Error in Sales Document Line (F76H3B34) When Processing More Than 10 Lots on the Invoice (Doc ID 2633065.1)

Symptoms

With Chilean localization active, when a sales order with more than 10 lots is processed by invoice print, R42565, the UBE ends in error indicating a duplicate Sales Document Line (F76H3B34) record.

The issue can be replicated with the following steps:
1. Activate Chilean localization
2. Create a sales order with more than 10 lots
3. Process the sales order through invoice print.
4. Note the job ends in error due to the duplicate key in F76H3B34. A review of the logs shows SEQ 1.000000 is attempted for the first line and the 10th line.
