Symptoms

Customer is getting error "INSERT TO TABLE F09300 FAILED WHEN RUNNING ONEVIEWFINANCIAL STATEMENT" when trying to run a created one-view financial statement.

Steps to replicate:
1. Create row and column definitions P09310
2. P09330 - revise statement definitions
3. P09340 - revise statement version
4. Manage layouts- Revise layout version
