E1: 1099: MISC Copy ‘B’ – Two Forms per Page: Margins and Space between Form Issues
(Doc ID 2635489.1)
Last updated on JULY 21, 2020
Applies to:JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Payable - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are allowed to print two MISC forms to a page. The present BI publisher causes alignment issues in that the second form will not appear properly in a two window standard envelope. Consequently the second form may not reach the intended tax recipient on a timely basis due to mailing address not displaying properly. The cause of this is issue is that split of the forms is not at exactly 5 1/2 inches from the top. This creates a bottom margin that is more that 1/2 inch. (The top form and bottom form should have exactly 1/2 inch margin and that the middle should be 5 1/2 inches)
This is in compliance with the official IRS Copy B form specifications
