E1: ORCH: UDO: When UDO Object (e.g. Service Request) Is Shared/Approved It Is No Longer Visible In Orchestrator (Doc ID 2636515.1)

When within the Orchestrator e.g. a Service Request is created and then shared/approved (P98220U) this service request is no longer available/visible within the Orchestrator .
When this service request was added to an Orchestration, it now displays these service as an error as it is 'missing'. The orchestration also fails as it can not find this service request anymore.

It was noticed that this issue is happening for all shared UDO types.
