Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When using Receipt Routing Movement and Disposition (P43250) to move a purchase order detail line from inspection to stock,  database locks are occurring on the F41021WF table.

The following errors are also generating:

1. Fetch from cache B4305310A failed (error code 078N)
2. Initialization of cache B4305310A failed
3. Open cursor for cache I09UI002 failed
4. Call to G/L functional Server Unsuccessful
5. A window displays on top of the P43250 stating: INFORMATION You are not authorized to run this application.

Due to this issue, users cannot move a PO line in Movement & Disposition which results in having to access the SQL server in production to release the lock and delete the record in the F41021WF table.Production is stopped when this happens and the server needs to be rebooted causing production delays in all areas.

The logs display that the problem is a delay from using the Microsoft SQL Server and not the E1 SQL Server.
