E1: XMLP: RD Output Consolidated Filename Reuse Burst Output Filename (Doc ID 2637050.1)

Last updated on MARCH 31, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer created a BI report definition where the output filename has override using data item and passed in parameter values  found in the xml source.
This is working correctly for each bursted individual PDF but the consolidated file filename reuses one of the burst output filename.

For example

Individual burst filename: <employeeNo>_example.pdf
12345_example.pdf
67890_example.pdf

Consolidated file name is 67890_example(1).pdf

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. create RD with burst and override output filename
2. submit the RD
3. check the output filename of each bust report and consolidated report

The consolidated report filename should use the standard naming convention,
i.e.

<Report Definition Name>_<Report Output Generated Language>_<UBE Server Job Number>_<Report Definition Job Number>.Output Type
