E1: 31A: AAI 3110 is Populating the Subsidiary from the Flex Setup from AAI 3120 (Doc ID 2637589.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 12, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Shop Floor Control - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Using Flex accounting to flex both manufacturing AAI's 3120 and 3110 the subsidiary is being flexed for only the 3120 WIP account AAI but the system is also using it for the 3110 Raw Material AAI when it is not setup to do so.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
To not have the subsidiary of one AAI flow over to the other AAI when using flex accounting

Steps to Duplicate Issue

  1. Setup flex accounting for both the 3120 and 3110 AAI
  2. Flex the MCU (Charge to CC) and SUB (Subsidiary) from the F4801 for the 3120. But, for AAI 3110 only flex the MCU from the F4801
  3. When running the R31802A with flex accounting activated the system is populating both the AAI 3120 and 3110 with the subsidiary instead of just the AAI 3120
