E1: OMW: Unable to Do BSVW Compare or Table Compare or RDA Compare in TR 9.2.4.X (Doc ID 2637592.1)

User cannot perform the following compares using the Compare Tool in Object Management Workbench (OMW-P98220):

Steps to Duplicate (Table Compare)

  1. Sign on EnterpriseOne on Development Client
  2. Run OMW (P98220)
  3. Find an object (Example F0006) include into a project
  4. Highlight the object, and click 'Design'.
  5. Click 'Table Compare', nothing happens, no merge tool window pops up, or get an error "Unable to find BSVW-type specs in fetched object"

Steps to Duplicate (RDA Compare)

  1. Sign on EnterpriseOne on Development Client
  2. Run OMW (P98220)
  3. Move a Report Template into a project.
  4. Highlight on the Report and select Design button.
  5. Go to Design Tools Tab.
  6. Click on RDA compare.
  7. On Spec Compare Manager window, By default system already filled in Spec Type = UBE - Batch Application but this is not filled in.
  8. Click "Select Source" button.
  9. On Select Source Object window, select Visual Assist button beside Path Code.  
  10. On Select Path Code window, highlight on DV920 and click OK.
  11. Back on Select Source Object window, the Pathcode is now DV920. The Object Name should already be filled in with the Report Object ID. However, this is also not filled in. Object Location is Central Objects
  12. Click OK button on the Select Source Object screen.
  13. Nothing happens.
