E1: BSFN: Getting "fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'BaseTsd.h': No such file or directory" from Jdeunicode.h when doing BusBuild on Fat Client (Doc ID 2640156.1)

Symptoms

Added a new Named Event Rule (NER) business function to a Business Function Library in Object Management Workbench (OMW) and then ran Busbuild.  The jdeunicode.h contains an #Include reference to BaseTsd.h but the header file does not exist within the Development Client installation. Checked the JDE installation on the Deployment server and the header file does not exist there either.

Changes

Issue occurred on E1 9.2 TR 9.2.2.5 but could happen for other releases as well.
