Symptoms


When generating  RTE event with "event_date" parameter  the XML shows the  date format as YYYY-MM-DD in 9.2. The same event shows the data format as  MMDDYYYY in 8.12 causing third party that picks up the event  not to  recognize the new format ( YYYY-MM-DD).
