Symptoms

User is setup for Brazilian Localization. When creating a new Sales Order using the COPY option, the system fails to populate the Regional Information record into the new Sales Order.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. From Enter Sales Order- P4210 (G76B4211/ZJDE7001) search an display a sales order.
  2. Select the displayed order, for example 1207 VO, and go into Sales Order Details.  Then access to Regional BR Information to confirm that all the regional information details are populated in the form.
  3. Exit the order and from Sales Order display form, inquire on 1207 VO.
  4. Select the order row, click in the copy button, and complete the copying with OK to finalize the new order creation.
  5. When back to Enter Sales Order Detail form, inquire on new sales order 1208 VO, select row exit to Order Detail/Regional Information.
  6. Observe that in Sales Order Detail Brazilian Information - Revisions form, only the Order Number (1208 VO)  / Company, item number, and line number are populated. All other fields are blank. Thus, the regional information data is not copied into the new  Sales Order.

Another issue was identified when more users are creating almost simultaneously new Brazil Sales Orders using the COPY option from the same original order, the system fails to populate the Regional Information record into the new Sales Orders.
