Symptoms

A new Oracle database server has been installed and configuration in jde.ini has been changed to use the newly installed Database server.
After this configuration change, the Call Object Kernels are crashing and UBE Kernel involved in UBE output retrieval from Work with Submitted Jobs for regular UBE or Report Definition UBE are crashing.

The logs of jdenet_n processes (listeners) are reporting the following error and the corresponding kernel processes are listed as zombie in Server Manager Management Console:
